Wedaa provides information about our company and a simple shopping experience. You can select items from a checklist and submit your order. Your selected items and contact details are sent to us via WhatsApp for review and fulfillment.

2. Order Process

When placing an order, you:

• Select products using our checklist
• Provide your name, phone number, email, and address
• Submit the form, which sends your order to us via WhatsApp
• We review your order manually and follow up via WhatsApp or phone.

Note: Payments are not processed through the website. Arrangements, if needed, are handled after the order is received.

3. Communications

All inquiries and support requests can be sent directly to wedaaforpeople@gmail.com. We no longer use a contact form.

4. Limitation of Liability

Wedaa is not liable for:

• Delays or failures in WhatsApp message delivery
• Technical issues with the website
• Any misuse of contact information by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp)
